I graduated as a petroleum engineer and, within a year, walked away from a secure job at a major oil company in one of the world's biggest energy markets. It wasn't stress or culture - I left to go all-in on my first company.
That decision set the direction for everything since. Over the last 15 years I've founded and led more than six businesses across very different markets - petroleum & energy services, digital marketing, web development, automotive-energy, and furniture - and I've exited three of them successfully.
